Ayer sábado, nuestro amigo Jordi, que acaba de hacer un curso de cocina japonesa, nos preparó una cena a base de especialidades del país del sol naciente. Sólo tenéis que mirar la foto para entender aprendió mucho en el curso: un 10!!!
La cena y su buen hacer me hicieron pensar dos cosas... que yo en su día también hice un curso de comida japonesa y otro de comida tailandesa y que tengo esta faceta muy olvidada... (bueno olvidadísima del todo diría yo) pero también que voy a ponerme las pilas pronto porque mi amiga Lisa me ha prometido enseñarme a hace Giozas. Pronto podré enseñaros el resultado.
