libros: Fácil y Resultón de Gonzalo d'Ambrosio

Chicos… vivo en una contradicción perpetua. Por un lado pensando ya en el buen tiempo, la playa y claro está en la odiosa operación bikini con sus dietas y abstinencias y por otro todo el día metida entre fogones y libros de cocina. Así no hay quien pueda.

La última entrada a mi colección llegó este pasado Sant Jordi de la mano de mi hermana que, como yo, es súper fan de Gonzalo d'Ambrosio.

Como indica el título del libro, este chef argentino,  estrella del Canal Cocina,  es el rey de la recetas fáciles y super resultonas. Algo que cualquier amante de la cocina valora y aprecia… y más los que andamos siempre con prisas.

En mayo hará un año que Bet y yo pudimos disfrutar de una de sus clases en La Foodieteca de Barcelona. Aprendimos muchísimo y además pudimos constatar que en persona es aún más encantador que en pantalla. Encontraréis la reseña  AQUí

A esta alturas no creo que os descubra nada nuevo pero aquellos que no aún lo conozcáis no os perdáis sus programas porque de verdad que son geniales y por supuesto tenéis que haceros con este súper libro. Las recetas son fáciles, muy claras, todas ellas interesantes, muy creativas y con unas fotografías magníficas.

Guys, I'm living in a permanent contradiction. On one hand I try to keep fit before the beach season and theoretically I'm on a diet but on the other hand I'm always in the kitchen and reading cookbooks. It's impossible to be on a diet!

This is the latest cookbook in my collection. My sister, who's also a fan of this chef, gave it to me on Sant Jordi's day.

As suggested in the title, this Argentinean chef, who's the real star of Canal Cocina, is the king of easy and "attractive" dishes. I believe that this is something that all cooking lovers really appreciate… especially all those who, as I am, are always in a hurry.

Last May, my sister and I had the opportunity of enjoying a fantastic class by Gonzalo d'Ambrosio at La Foodieteca in Barcelona. We learnt a lot and could confirm that he is even more charming in person than on TV. You can find the post HERE

At this point I'm sure that you all know him well but if not, please don't miss his shows and of course you have to read this super-book. His recipes are easy, interesting, very creative and very well explained. Ah! and the photos are gorgeous.
