Today's recipe is "Mussels with black pepper": It's easy, quick to prepare, healthy, not expensive at all, light, fat free and delicious. It's almost impossible to find a dish with all these virtues.

INGREDIENTES
mejillones (si son de roca mejor)
1 cabeza de ajos entera
pimienta negra
NADA MÁS (nada más?… pues si nada más!!)
PROCEDIMIENTO:
- Lavar bien los mejillones y descartar si hay alguno abierto o roto
- Ponerlos en una olla con una cabeza de ajos (con piel y todo a la que le habremos hecho algunos cortes)
- Moler pimienta negra. Evidentemente todo es cuestión de gustos pero esta receta tiene que llevar MUCHA pimienta (y cuando digo mucha es MUCHA)
- Poner al fuego con la olla tapada por unos 10 minutos o hasta cuando ya estén abiertos.

INGREDIENTS:
mussels
1 garlic bulb
freshly ground black pepper
NOTHING ELSE (Nothing else… really? Oh yes NOTHING ELSE)
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash the mussels and get rid of any open or broken ones.
- Place them in a saucepan and add a garlic bulb. Make a cut in each clove before.
- Ground pepper to taste. I know I said to taste but this recipe need lots of black pepper.
- Place the sauce pan on the heat for about 10 minutes or until all the mussels are opened.
